SOWKT floating mats are recreational water products intended for use by adults and supervised children in calm water conditions. Water activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, injury from falls, and collision with watercraft or other objects. By purchasing or using a SOWKT product, you expressly assume all risks associated with water recreation. SOWKT mats are not life-saving devices and do not substitute for proper swimming ability, adult supervision, or U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation devices. Deers Holdings Inc. is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage arising from use or misuse of our products.

8. Governing Law
