CHOOSING THE RIGHT MAT
When in doubt, go bigger. The 9×6 ft works for 1–2 people but the edges curl in open water. The 12×6 ft is our most popular — perfect for families. The 18×6 ft is the ultimate group experience. You won't regret sizing up.
The 12×6 ft comfortably holds 3–4 adults (or a mix of kids, adults, and dogs). The 18×6 ft handles larger groups. It's built for everyone to pile on — that's the whole point.
Absolutely. It works great in pools, lakes, rivers, and saltwater. Just make sure your pool is large enough — the 18×6 ft may be a tight fit for smaller residential pools.
USING YOUR MAT
Never. Just unroll it, drop it in the water, and you're floating. No pump, no waiting. That's one of the biggest reasons customers switch from inflatables.
Every mat comes with a built-in eyelet and bungee cord — tie it to your boat, dock, anchor rope, or a sandbar stake and you're set. If you want to anchor both ends, a second rope on the far end does the trick.
It's a large, thick mat — rolling it solo is tough. Two people makes it easy. Once rolled, store it in your boat, garage, or a large bag. A few bungee cords keep it tight.
100%. Dogs love it. Claws don't damage the foam under normal use, and watching your dog figure it out is half the fun.
QUALITY & SUPPORT
Built to take a beating. Kids, dogs, adults jumping and running on it — no problem. Just avoid dragging it over sharp rocks or metal dock hardware, which can cut the foam. Treat it like any premium water gear and it'll last you seasons.
Early versions had fading issues and we heard you. Our current mats are significantly improved for better color retention and durability. To maximize lifespan, we recommend rolling the mat and storing it out of direct sunlight when not in use.
